Refund policy

We have a 14 day returns policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • The order must be returned in the original packaging
  • The item must not be used or damaged
  • Orders outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return having been requested will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and solve it for you.

Exceptions/items that may not be returned

Certain types of items may not be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items or gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Legal reflection period of 14 days in the EU Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

When we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within ten business days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
