What is natural cosmetics?
Natural cosmetics are made from ingredients that mainly come from nature, such as plant extracts, oils, herbs and minerals. No synthetic substances, parabens, sulphates or artificial fragrances and colourings are added.
Are all care products made from natural ingredients?
Yes, all of our skincare products are made from mostly natural ingredients. We use plant extracts, essential oils, and other natural substances to care for your skin. We avoid synthetic chemicals, parabens, sulfates, and artificial fragrances and colors. Although we strive for 100% natural compositions, it may sometimes be necessary to add a small percentage of a safe, natural preservative or ingredient to ensure the quality and shelf life of the product.

Our products are carefully produced in the Netherlands and meet the highest quality standards.
How can I tell if a product is actually natural?
We are transparent about the ingredients we use and ensure that they come from natural sources. All ingredients on the packaging are carefully chosen and listed on our website so you can see exactly what you are using.
Are the products suitable for people with sensitive skin?
Yes, many of our products are specially formulated for sensitive skin. We avoid harsh chemical ingredients and use gentle, hydrating and soothing natural ingredients. Always read the ingredients list before trying a product.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to info@fbl.beyondbeauty.com with your order number. If your package is already on its way, it can unfortunately no longer be cancelled.
What is your return policy?
Would you like to return or exchange an item or your entire order? This is possible within 14 days of receipt. Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. The return costs are at your own expense. After we have received your return, we will process it within seven working days. You will receive a credit note by email, after which the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the payment method you used. For more details, visit our page about exchanges and returns.
When will I receive my refund for a return?
